Packaging & Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 2–3 business days. We can not ship to P.O. Boxes. See our domestic shipping rates here.

International shipping rates vary according to destination country and are calculated during checkout. International tax and duties ARE NOT included in our calculated rate; the recipient is invoiced for this once the shipment reaches its destination.

Wallpaper samples and gift cards ship free, and occasionally, lightweight items may incur a lower shipping rate. Ceramics are heavy and challenging to ship—it's our top priority to get them delivered to you intact, with minimal environmental impact (that's one reason we don't offer expedited shipping or gift wrap). Our shipping rates reflect the true cost of shipping with durable packaging that is entirely recyclable and compostable.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to accept eligible items within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds or returns. We are unable to accept used items for exchange or return. All exchanges sent back to Heath Ceramics must be accompanied with a receipt or original packing slip and an Exchange Form. Please contact Customer Service to request your Return Authorization number and have your proof of purchase handy.

Exchanges in store must be accompanied by proof of payment. Exchanges without proof of payment will be processed at factory seconds pricing. Please note that all Final Few, furniture, and rug sales are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Heath is not responsible for any damage that occurs when return shipping so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via UPS or FedEx. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty

We warranty our products for up to one year from purchase for proven defects in manufacture. Any breakage in shipment must be reported to Heath Ceramics within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please email Customer Service with your transaction number or packing slip number and a photo of the breakage. A photo is necessary to reship your product.

Newsstand

We created the Heath Newsstand as a democratic community hub, with a wide range of topics to explore: international design publications, hard-to-find printed matter from far-off cultures, food and lifestyle magazines, and your favorite daily newspapers. There’s also a sweet selection of classic candy, snacks, cold drinks, cards from our favorite printers, and flowers from our long time collaborator La Fleuriste. Plus, bags and accessories from Heath Sews, perfect for work and travel. For the local community and visitors alike.
